  • If necessary, refer Landscaping and/or Cleaning Services to make your home stand out.
  • Update you as to the current market changes.
  • Create "Just Listed" Postcards and mail to neighborhood and surrounding areas.
  • Provide a Solutions Real Estate  "FOR SALE" sign, Brochure/Flyer container and lockbox.
  • Hold Open House (Optional).
  • Advertise your Open House in newspaper, when necessary.
  • Pre-Qualify, when possible, all prospective buyers.
  • Have cooperating Brokers in your area tour your home.
  • Follow up with all agents that have shown your home for Property Feedback.
  • Represent you upon the presentation of all offers.
  • Handle follow-up & keep you informed, after acceptance of an offer.
  • Ensure the delivery of your check at closing.
  • Follow up with you after closing.
